Please make sure to review our terms and conditions on the booking form we have sent you. This includes important information about our policies, cancellation terms, and responsibilities.

Important Information and Guidelines

  • Location: 16 Lonsdale Road, London, NW6 6RD

    Nearest stations:

    • Queens Park - 5 minutes (Bakerloo Line and Overground)

    • Brondesbury Park - 10 minutes (Overground)


    From the Queens Park station, take left and follow the Salusbury road, after 0.2mi turn right onto Lonsdale Road, walk 0.1mi to arrive at your destination - The Hearth.

  • Parking Instructions

    • We don't have a parking space outside the space as Lonsdale is a private road, however, there is pay-and-display parking on the streets surrounding us - Victoria Road, Edmond Road, and Glengall Road. All 5-10min walk away. You can stop for loading in front of The Hearth. There are street pay and display machines.

    • Free parking on weekends.

    • For Sunday bookings: Lonsdale Road is closed from 8am - 3pm, so car access is until 8am and after 3pm only. We also run Sunday Hearth Market from 10am - 2pm in front of the space, but rest assured that the indoor area is exclusively reserved for private venue hires in our space.

    Entry

    • Entry Code: We will email you a wireless door lock opening link a couple of days before your event and your event coordinator will meet you at the venue.

    • Instructions: Follow the instruction on the email from Kisi (door lock).

    • Loading and Unloading: You can stop directly in front of The Hearth for loading and unloading.

    • Event End Time: Please follow the departure time written on the booking form as agreed upon confirmation of your booking.

    • Key Return: Your door access code will automatically expire after your event.

    • Damage Report: Please report any damage to your event coordinator.

    • Restrooms: Ground Floor

    • Audio/Visual Equipment: Wireless in-house speakers and small portable speakers. You can connect via Apple Airdrop or an AUX cable. You may use our Spotify premium account. 1 wireless microphone is also available.

    • DJ Output: A 3.5mm jack is available for connecting to our speakers; however, please note that we do not provide a mixer, so the DJ will need to bring their own equipment.

    • Lighting: Dimmable lights across the building.

    • Heating/Cooling: Air Conditioning and Heating are controlled on each floor separately, your event coordinator will show you how to operate them.

    • Kitchen Facilities: Filter water and hot boiling water taps available, Microwave, Small Ice Machine, Free Standing Fridge, Dishwasher.

    • Smoking is prohibited in space.

    • Pets: While we do love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in the space.

    • Decoration Guidelines: You may bring your own decorations (flowers/balloons on a weight etc), but you may not stick things on the wall or hang things off the fixtures.

    • Clean-Up Requirements: The place needs to be given in the same condition as it was found during the check-in. All decorations, food, drinks, and rubbish need to be removed. If you are hiring our cutlery & crockery, please put them in the dishwasher in our kitchen. You can opt in for a post-event cleaning service for £40 and we’ll take care of everything.

    • Trash Disposal: Bags of rubbish can be left on the pavement outside the building. Your event coordinator will assist you.

    • Cooking: Cooking of food isn’t allowed in the space.

    • Emergency Exits: Front door.

    • First Aid Kit: In the cupboard in the reception area.

    • Fire Extinguisher: By the entrance door on the ground floor and at the top of the stairs.

    • Security: Magnetic door lock keeps the door locked at all times and outsiders cannot enter the building.

  • Network Name (SSID): Hearth Guest
