Terms & Conditions
All set up and take down must happen during the rental period.
The rental is per floor. Guests may not use the floor and rooms that were not rented.
You may bring your own decorations (flowers/balloons on a weight, etc.), but you can not stick things on the wall or hang things off the fixtures.
No explosive confetti and open fires allowed.
If tables are used for food or drink, they need to be covered to avoid damage.
We require space to be given back in the same condition as provided. The Hearth reserves the right to deduct fees from your deposit if the condition of the space was not satisfactory.
We do not host kids parties, only children under 1 year old & over 12 years old are allowed in the space.
In case of breaching terms and conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.
The client shall be liable for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their use of the venue. Should the cost of repair or cleaning exceed the security deposit, The Hearth reserves the right to charge the client’s card on file for the outstanding balance. A breakdown of charges will be provided in such cases.
A £100 security deposit to be paid to secure the venue (refunded within 2 weeks after the event. Non refundable in case of cancellation)
100% of the fee due 14 days before event
If cancellations happen from 7 to 14 days before event, 50% fee will be refunded.
If cancellations happen within 7 days of the event, no fees will be refunded.
Hirers that overrun the agreed time may be liable for additional charges
