We're excited to have you as a potential speaker for our Lunch & Learn sessions!

Lunch & Learn Speaker Agreement

We’re excited to be working together! Here is a Lunch & Learn Speaker agreement outlining the agreed marketing collateral and deliverables. 

The Speaker agrees to:

  • Present a short talk/presentation session circa 30 minutes followed by a Q&A

  • Total session <60 mins

  • Takes place on Wednesdays @1pm in the Hearth Lounge.

  • Sometimes presenters use slides however this is not mandatory

  • The speaker to bring at least 5 guests of their own, we can manage RSVP for attendees via Eventbrite or email

  • People can join in real life as well as online on zoom.

  • Share in advance if there are any materials used during the session so we can share it with our community and those who could not attend

  • Consent to be recorded – we will share recording with you

What the Speaker gets:

  • A supportive audience! Opportunity to trial and get feedback on your topic

  • Chance to promote your service to people and let people know about you, follow you etc

  • Chance to meet like-minded people, form new connections and collaborate

  • We will share the recording with you so you can use it for your promos

  • We will gift a half day trial for your guests for the day of the session or for their next visit

  • We will gift you half day pass to work on the day

Marketing Deliverables: 

As part of this partnership, the Speaker agrees to provide the following marketing deliverables:

  • Social Media Promotion: The Speaker agrees to post about the Lunch & Learn session on their social media channels. They must always tag The Hearth and include the logo in assets. 

    • 3 Instagram Stories within a month before the event.

    • 1 Feed Post prior to the event.

  • Hearth logo or link to The Hearth’s website or Instagram page to be in every asset

In return, The Hearth agrees to:

  • Repost social media promotions

  • Feature your event on our website

  • Feature your event on our Instagram events carousel and ‘’What’s on Flyer’’.

  • Promote your event to our members via Slack

Termination: 

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
