Discover how neuroscience and psychology make vision boarding truly work. Spend an evening create goals for your future in a way in which you're more likely to stick by them

Design a future that truly aligns with your goals in this interactive session, where you’ll explore how visualisation impacts motivation and behaviour. Build your own vision board using insights from cognitive science and psychology and set yourself up for your best year yet.

Materials & What to Bring

We’ll have glue, scissors, and some card ready for your vision boards. We’ll also have a small selection of magazines to cut from, but feel free to bring your own magazines, printed images, or any materials that inspire you.
