No — the £100 security deposit is separate from your venue hire fee and any minimum bar spend. It is not a partial payment toward your booking costs. The deposit is held as a security bond and refunded within 2 weeks after your event, provided the venue is left in good condition and all house rules have been followed. You will still be required to pay your hire fee in full separately.

If damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required, The Hearth may withhold all or part of the deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the outstanding balance may be charged to your card on file. A full breakdown will always be provided.
