About Sophie
Hello! I’m a massage and lymphatic therapist with a clinical foundation and a restorative touch. My work centres on women’s health, with specialized treatments that are as functional as they are nurturing. I hold an honours diploma from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and have continued my education with leading experts, including physiotherapists Flavia Morellato and Tomasz Tomasik. I am certified in Applied Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the Vodder International School.
My practice blends evidence-based techniques with attention to the mind-body connection. I specialize in lymphatic drainage, buccal and facial massage, intra-oral, abdominal and breast massage, as well as care for concussion, scar tissue, digestive and menstrual disorders, and nervous system regulation.
