Sadee Akhtar is a clinical aromatherapist and founder of Essentially Sadee. Her approach moves beyond generic blends, combining plant chemistry, safety, and personalisation to create aromatherapy experiences tailored to each individual. With specialist training in essential oil therapy and knowledge of more than 130 plant oils, she creates personalised support based on each person's needs, preferences, and wellbeing goals.
At The Hearth, Sadee offers guided scent experiences, digital letterbox aromatherapy, focused consultations, and comprehensive Aromatic Blueprint sessions. Her treatments support rest, focus, energy, emotional wellbeing, skin health, recovery, and everyday nervous system support, with personalised guidance and botanical remedies where appropriate.
Before becoming a clinical aromatherapist, Sadee spent over 15 years in high-pressure technology leadership roles, giving her a grounded understanding of stress and the invisible load many people carry. She is especially passionate about supporting women through work, caregiving, transition, recovery, and the everyday demands of life, offering thoughtful, personalised care that fits real life.
