ABOUT INDIA
Having found Yoga as a way to improve flexibility and mobility to compliment her triathlon training, India travelled to Costa Rica to study under guru Jacqueline Chiodo, completing her 200 hour Vinyasa and Hatha training at just 18 years old. Now an experienced Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer, India hopes to introduce others to her practice not only for the physical benefits, but to help manage the stress of the daily London grind.
