About The Event
Losing someone we love can leave us wondering, Who am I now? It’s easy to feel a little lost, disconnected, or even miss the versions of ourselves that existed when our person was still here. Grief has a way of shifting our sense of identity, and figuring out how to move forward can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.
This in-person gathering is a warm, welcoming space to explore how grief shapes who we are and how we can begin to rediscover ourselves while carrying our grief with us. Through thoughtful prompts, open conversations, and shared reflection, we’ll gently unpack the changes, the things that remain, and the balancing act of holding on while also letting go.
Join us at The Hearth for an evening hosted by Amber Jeffrey, Founder of The Grief Gang. Whether you’re feeling a bit unmoored, in transition, or simply looking for a space to connect with others who get it, this is your invitation to come as you are, share (or just listen), and find comfort in community. 💜
