Pia Sabharwal Ahmad
Ayurvedic Practitioner
Pia grew up in India immersed in Ayurveda, unknowingly absorbing its wisdom through her grandmothers’ remedies and traditional practices. After moving to the United States and later the United Kingdom, she turned to Ayurveda to address personal and family health challenges, witnessing profound improvements in issues such as acid reflux, migraines, anxiety, stress and hormonal imbalance. Inspired by these life-changing results, she formally trained at the Ayurvedic Institute UK and later under Dr. Vasant Lad in the US, qualifying as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2024. Pia now supports clients with compassionate, practical guidance, helping them restore balance through Ayurvedic principles.
