About The Event
This workshop teaches you how to meet tension as an entry point for connection, rather than something to fix or escape. We explore the subtle ways we avoid what’s real, and what becomes possible when we turn towards our discomfort. Explore the shifts that occur when you allow yourself to be fully seen and meet others in that same depth especially when you meet conflict.
This is for you if:
- You find yourself either avoidant, or anxious when it comes to meeting conflict
- You believe that most things aren't a 'big enough deal' to mention
- You want to be able to say the hard things, without wanting to run, or feel the fear of abandonment
- Conflict historically meant something is wrong, and you're ready to change that story
- You want to be able to share your needs and not feel like you have to fight for them to be heard.
Together we'll practice being real, and learn how to transform conflict as an opportunity to understand what we value better. Transforming tension into connection.
📸 Event Photography: We may take photos or short videos during the event to celebrate our community and for promotional use. We’ll aim to give notice beforehand. If you’d rather not appear in any content, please feel free to let the photographer or content creator know directly.
Nicole Bosky
Founder of Trust Your Nature, Somatic Experiencing® Therapist & Authentic Relating Practitioner
Nicole Bosky weaves Somatic Experiencing® Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Authentic Relating to help female leaders create impact without sacrificing themselves in the process. She does this by equipping leaders with nervous system awareness and the ability to communicate their needs, boundaries, and standards, so they can receive support in their life and relationships.
Her trauma-informed approach offers practical tools to attune to the body, learn what safety feels like, and express truth with clarity and care. This empowers leaders to speak in a way that is graceful and firm, so they can be received and honoured while in connection with others, and connection can become a place of restoration rather than self-abandonment.
Nicole's goal is to make herself redundant: supporting leaders to regulate their nervous system, cultivate inner safety, embody self-trust, and feel safe and respected while in relationship with others.
