About The Event

Have you ever noticed how certain people or relationships seem to stir something in you – a reaction, an insecurity, a story about who you are? What if those moments were invitations to see yourself more clearly?

This session explores how your shadow self is mirrored in your relationships – with significant others, friends, family, colleagues and even strangers. Using shadow work tools, we explore projection, judgement, emotional reactivity and how these experiences can deepen your understanding of yourself. You’ll be invited to reflect on who you become in connection with others, where you may abandon yourself and the boundaries you struggle to hold.

Rather than seeing triggers as problems, we reframe them as signposts – invitation into greater self-awareness and compassion. You’ll begin to recognise how others act as mirrors for the parts of you that long to be seen, accepted and integrated.

What to Expect

  • Time to reflect through personal coaching exercises.

  • Interactive and supportive discussions.

  • Action planning for beyond the masterclass.

  • Resources and recommendations for continued learning.

You can attend this session on its own or as part of the full three-part Shadow Self series. You do not need to attend the first part of the series to attend this session.

Ticket holders of the Shadow Self series are invited to join a check-in circle between each shadow self session. This is a dedicated time and space to pause, reflect and connect. Here, you’re invited to share what’s been moving within you, the breakthroughs, the discomfort and the questions still unfolding.

We will gather for our first Circle on Monday 27th October, from 6:30-8pm at The Hearth.

This is a supportive space where your experiences are met with understanding, and your voice is valued. Through open conversation and guided reflection, the circle offers the chance to deepen your relationship with yourself while being inspired by others walking a similar path. It’s a place to integrate the insights from your shadow self work and be reminded that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

About The Series

Join us for a three-part exploration of the shadow self - the hidden parts of us that shape our thoughts, relationships and professional lives. Rooted in the practice of shadow work, each interactive session offers a space to gently uncover what’s been suppressed, silenced or disowned - and to meet those parts with curiosity and compassion.

  • Session 1 focuses on the relationship with self and how we can deepen our awareness by making the unconscious conscious.

  • Session 2 turns to relationships, exploring projection, triggers and the parts of us that get activated in connection with others.

  • Session 3 looks at how the shadow self shows up at work and in business - including the masks we wear.

Through self-reflection, guided exercises and group discussion, you’ll gain powerful insight, self-awareness and tools to embrace all of yourself - even the shadowy parts.
