Pippa Groves
Registered Nutritional Therapist, Chef, and Workplace wellness speaker
Pippa Groves is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, chef, and workplace wellness speaker. Starting her career in a corporate law firm, she saw and experienced the effects of long hours and chronic stress.
After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and navigating her own recovery, Pippa learnt first-hand the power of food and lifestyle to transform her health. This journey sparked a particular interest in the connection between gut health, resilience, and performance, ultimately inspiring her to retrain as a nutritional therapist.
With a background as a chef, she brings her culinary creativity into her nutrition work, making healthy eating practical, delicious, and totally doable. Pippa combines evidence-based science with warmth and humour to help busy professionals feel well, think clearly, and perform at their best, without burning out.
