About The Event
Start Before You’re Ready is an intimate interactive workshop focused on helping women build visibility, confidence and momentum professionally.
The event will include a combination of guided discussion, short talks, interactive exercises and workshop-style activities centred around taking action, positioning yourself professionally and moving ideas forward before feeling fully ready.
The session will feature structured programming including:
a facilitated workshop
short speaker contributions
reflection and practical exercises
guided networking and discussion
Light refreshments including tea, coffee and pastries may be served. No formal catering is planned. The atmosphere will be warm, thoughtful, collaborative and conversational rather than loud or party-focused. The overall vibe is intimate, professional, supportive and inspiring, with a focus on connection, personal growth and practical action.

Ginet Esprit is the founder of Empower Coaching Network, a personal and professional development platform supporting women to build confidence, visibility, and professional momentum.
She started ECN before having all the answers, resources, or connections but through taking action, she went on to develop and deliver programs within forward-thinking organisations, including international delivery opportunities.
Her work is rooted in one belief: opportunities are often created by the people willing to move before they feel fully ready.
Inside this workshop, Ginet shares the practical steps she’s taken to position herself, pitch ideas, and get into rooms and how other women can begin doing the same.
