About The Event
Shadow work is the practice of exploring the hidden parts of ourselves that often remain out of sight—the emotions we suppress, the beliefs that hold us back, and the past experiences we’d rather avoid. First described by psychologist Carl Jung as the “shadow,” these unconscious aspects quietly shape how we think, feel, and act. By bringing them into awareness with compassion, we open the door to deeper healing and self-understanding.
Our Shadow Self Circle offers a supportive environment where your voice is valued, your experiences are met with understanding, and your journey is held in community. Through open conversation and gentle guidance, you’ll have the chance to integrate insights from your shadow self work while being inspired by others walking a similar path. A reminder that you don’t have to navigate this work alone.
The second Circle will take place on Monday 27 October, 6:30pm–8pm at The Hearth.
Open to all, this circle is a chance to deepen your relationship with yourself while being inspired by others walking a similar path. Through open conversation and gentle guidance, you’ll integrate insights from your shadow work and be reminded that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
