I’m Caroline and I specialise in working with high-achieving women who have built extraordinary lives yet feel disconnected from their bodies, their desire and their sense of aliveness.
Before stepping into my work as a coach, I spent over 20 years in the corporate world, working at senior levels within international fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I understand intimately what it takes to succeed in demanding professional worlds - and the invisible cost that comes with it.
I now split my time between the Jungles of Tulum in Mexico and cosmopolitan city life of London - the best of both worlds! I speak regularly at various events offering conversations that are intelligent, provocative and deeply relevant to modern professional women.
