About This Event
Have you ever wondered whether the ingredients in your skincare could be affecting your hormones — and felt confused by labels or overwhelmed by conflicting advice about what’s actually safe?
This session is for you!
Our hormones influence everything from energy and mood to sleep, fertility and metabolism. In this talk, we focus specifically on skincare — exploring how everyday products can quietly impact hormonal balance and how a low-tox living approach offers a realistic, informed way to support long-term wellbeing.
Many women are trying to “do the right things” for their health, yet still feel out of balance. By understanding the role of endocrine-disrupting chemicals in skincare, you can make conscious, manageable changes that support both your body and the wider environment — building awareness without fear. You’ll leave with clarity, practical knowledge, and simple steps to reduce your daily chemical exposure — without stress, guilt, or extremes.

Sonia Hebrard
Holistic Health Coach, Low-Tox Living Advocate
I’m Sonia, a holistic health coach and low-tox living advocate, and the founder of The Pantry Coach.
My work is shaped by lived experience, after navigating perimenopause alongside a rare neuroendocrine cancer diagnosis. Through that journey, I became aware of how easily women’s symptoms can be misunderstood and how everyday chemical exposure can quietly affect hormonal health. I now support women in making informed, realistic lifestyle changes to reduce their daily chemical load through a practical approach rooted in awareness rather than fear.
Join the movement of women building a life pantry that nourishes their future selves.
