About The Event
I offer a space to listen deeply—from the very cells of your body.
I will guide you on a meditation journey deep into into the wisdom of cellular memory, arriving at a place of rest, relaxation, and deep healing. A place where we become our own healers. We return to the translucency, beauty and perfect balance of our very first cell. We witness the breath of life as it breathes into our bodies.
This meditation is an alchemic weaving of Craniosacral and Andean Medicine practices—guiding us back into harmony with ourselves and with the natural world. The beat of your heart with the beat of the Earth’s. The pulse of your cells echoes the rhythm of the stars. Your breath moves with the breath of the universe.
From this space of deep connection, I will play the Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls.
The sound bath will hold and support you, helping you deepen into your journey.
A sound bath is a full-body, immersive listening experience—where sound and vibration invite you into a gentle state of deep relaxation, healing, and self-discovery. The tones of these beautiful Alchemy Crystal bowls carry you into a profound stillness, allowing the mind and body to rest, recalibrate, and remember.
