About The Event

When work gets too much, telling yourself to calm down rarely works. In this hands-on workshop for women, resilience coach Fiona Vigar will explain why we respond the way we do under pressure, share simple tools to bring your stress down in the moment and explain how to build small daily practices so that calm becomes the default, not the emergency measure.

You'll try each tool in the room, like the physiological sigh and butterfly tapping, and learn why stress shows up in your body before your mind catches up. You'll also take home a printed handout and three short meditations.

Please note this event is exclusively for women.

📸 Event Photography: We may take photos or short videos during the event to celebrate our community and for promotional use. We’ll aim to give notice beforehand. If you’d rather not appear in any content, please feel free to let the photographer or content creator know directly.

Resilience Coach & EFT Specialist

Fiona Vigar works with women on the nervous system patterns and subconscious stories that sit beneath stuck behaviour to free up confidence, clarity and joy. She believes that calm isn't a mindset you adopt, it's a body state you can craft. And from there, both performance and genuine thriving become possible.
