About The Event

Step into the rich and vivid worlds of historical fiction by women, about women, in this engaging book club. Each six weeks, we’ll journey through stories that illuminate the lives, struggles, and triumphs of women across different eras and cultures. From queens and rebels to everyday heroines, from Roman times to the 1960s, these narratives offer a window into the challenges women have always faced, as well as their resilience, courage, and ingenuity.

Our discussions will go beyond plot, exploring the inner lives of these characters, the historical contexts they navigate, and the ways their stories resonate with today’s world. This is a book club for those who love history, as well as the (often) unsung heroes of the past.
