Welcome to Fem Soc, a welcoming circle dedicated to empowerment, education and solidarity in our quest for gender equality. Each session we delve into a different subject in contemporary feminist discourse to discuss and dissect. Guiding readings will be shared ahead of the session, and you’re welcome to research the subject more broadly — a pluralism of perspectives are welcome.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the landscape of women's work and economic autonomy. Together, we’ll share our own experiences navigating these shifting dynamics, discussing both the value of these tools and our concerns regarding job security and algorithmic fairness. We’ll consider ways to advocate for economic equity and shape a future where technology serves to close the gender gap rather than widen it.
