About The Event
Have you been feeling different in your body… but can’t quite explain it?
Maybe your energy isn’t what it used to be.
Your mood feels unpredictable.
Or you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore.
Whether you are approaching menopause, in the midst of it or navigating life beyond it, this circle is for you. It’s a space to feel seen, heard and supported without judgement or pressure.
This circle is for women who are:
Pre-menopausal and starting to notice early hormonal changes
Peri-menopausal and experiencing symptoms such as mood shifts, sleep changes or energy fluctuations
Post-menopausal and seeking ongoing support, connection and understanding
Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply wanting to better understand their body
Looking for a calm, supportive space to share and learn with other women
What to expect in this Circle
Open and honest conversation in a safe environment
Time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to “be” anything.
Just come as you are.
Please note this event is exclusively for women.
Embracing Menopause - Hearth Circles is run on a pay what you can basis, with all contributions helping to cover the facilitator’s time, venue costs, and staffing—ensuring we can continue offering these invaluable conversations to a broad and accessible audience. If you’re able, we kindly suggest a minimum contribution of £5 to support the sustainability of these events.

Karin Thyselius
Founder of nw8num
Karin Thyselius a former scholar at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Swedish-born Karin went on to have a successful international career as an opera singer. In 2009, she established NW8-mums connecting parents in the local community. Since then, she has worked in partnership with many parenting experts, from paediatricians to psychotherapists, to support parents with their children’s development as well as helping parents with their own parenting journeys. She is actively involved in promoting education and resources about menopause and perimenopause following her own perimenopausal journey. She has started a virtual menopause community and was chosen to be involved in a prestigious joint UCL and UCLH project to develop a national menopause outreach and education programme.
