About This Session

This motivating mindset and behavioural change workshop will provide your members with a new definition of productivity that builds confidence, clarity, and impact, without demanding constant availability or overextension. It will leave them with clear strategies to empower them to feel more confident, productive, and aligned in their work and home life.

Key points:

  • Why being busy is often mistaken for being valuable

  • How comparison in high-performing environments often erodes confidence

  • The confidence cost of saying yes too often

  • Prioritisation as a confidence skill (rather than just a time one)

  • Letting go of perfectionism to increase output and well-being

  • How to make clear decisions without overthinking or self-doubt

  • Creating boundaries that don’t damage ambition or reputation

  • Productivity habits that support longevity, and don’t lead to exhaustion

Please note this event is exclusively for women.
