Marlene Gorman is a specialist physiotherapist and founder of Adapt Wellness. She blends her expertise in stress management, respiratory care and behaviour change to bring an evidence based approach to empowering people to understand and adapt to the modern world. With over 18 years of clinical and research experience Marlene has a deep understanding of the physiological link between breathing and the nervous system. Her work focuses on moving beyond traditional relaxation, teaching individuals how to navigate different states of activation with practical, research grounded tools. Marlene is dedicated to helping people reclaim their internal balance and build sustainable habits for lasting resilience.
