About The Event

Join us for an evening blending heart-opening cacao, intention setting and shamanic drumming. Every gathering is unique, guided by the energy of the moon cycle and the season we’re in, creating a space to slow down, open your heart and reconnect with yourself and the women around you.

What happens in the ceremony:

  • Intention Setting: We open by focusing on something we want to explore, release or invite in.

  • Cacao Ceremony: The cacao is served as a warm drink, as a bar or mousse, depending on what feels right for the day, and shared together in circle with care and reverence.

  • Drumming Journey: A guided drumming journey helps us connect with our inner guidance before we move into a shared rhythm circle. Drums are provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along.

  • Oracle Cards, Music & Reflection: Space for quiet reflection, oracle cards and music, woven throughout the gathering.

  • Closing: We ground and close with gratitude, optional sharing and stillness.

What Is a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao ceremonies draw on ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions, where cacao was revered as a sacred plant medicine used to open the heart and deepen spiritual connection. In a modern ceremony, participants drink ceremonial-grade cacao, far less processed than everyday chocolate and rich in theobromine, a natural compound that creates a gentle sense of warmth, focus and heart-opening energy. It’s a practice that invites you to slow down, feel more, and connect with yourself and the women around you.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes (we sit on the floor)

  • A blanket to stay warm during the ceremony

  • Your drum, if you have one

  • Optionally, bring a small item for the altar (a flower, crystal, or anything meaningful to you)

Please note this event is exclusively for women.
