About The Event
Learn 5 Authentic Relating practices, to support you to feel alive and safe in your relationships. This session will equip you with basic AR practices which act as the foundation of healthy relating, and support you to experience profound connection, intimacy and trust with anyone you want, anytime and anywhere.
This tool allows you to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are without asking you to self-abandon or over perform to maintain them. As a practice, you will learn how to make your implicit assumptions and desires explicit, and your unconscious behaviours more conscious.
This is for you, if:
- You want to be able to take the mask off, and show up raw, real and natural in your relationships
- You want to feel more alive in your connections, and sometimes find yourself in surface level chat
- You've ever found yourself on the precipice of sharing something important, but swallowed it down instead
- You want to be able to say the hard things, without wanting to run, or feel the fear of abandonment
- You want to lead a more psychologically safe team, and create a space where they can be more honest
- You want to feel more safe with intimacy
This will be an embodied and experiential learning experience. A deep dive immersion training that will leave you enlivened, and deeply connected to yourself and others.

Nicole Bosky
Founder of Trust Your Nature, Somatic Experiencing® Therapist & Authentic Relating Practitioner
Nicole Bosky weaves Somatic Experiencing® Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Authentic Relating to help female leaders create impact without sacrificing themselves in the process. She does this by equipping leaders with nervous system awareness and the ability to communicate their needs, boundaries, and standards, so they can receive support in their life and relationships.
Her trauma-informed approach offers practical tools to attune to the body, learn what safety feels like, and express truth with clarity and care. This empowers leaders to speak in a way that is graceful and firm, so they can be received and honoured while in connection with others, and connection can become a place of restoration rather than self-abandonment.
Nicole's goal is to make herself redundant: supporting leaders to regulate their nervous system, cultivate inner safety, embody self-trust, and feel safe and respected while in relationship with others.
